11th January 2024 Hiking - Walking: The Grove at Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: Thursday 11th January - walks*** – The Grove in Felixstowe – cloudy. Woke to a frosty, sunny start but that did not last long and it soon clouded over but not as windy today which made it feel slightly warmer or less cold! No plans for today so headed up the town to treat myself to a pair of wellies as feed up of getting wet feet while taking pics of the waves before driving to the woods at The Grove and had a lovely walk there. Spotted loads of squirrels and birds and were lucky enough to see a Goldcrest:) After seeing our first snowdrops at Trimley churches we were hoping to see some more today but nothing was in bloom and some good patches of mud too but always nice to be out in the woods:) Photo Album here |
